520 MILLION LAWSUIT; ILLEGAL DETAINMENT; CAPTIVITY; ILLEGAL SOLICITATION; ILLEGAL HARASSMENT; UNWANTED ATTN; TRESPASSING; ETC; RELENTLESS; 4.11.2010

Listen to their leaders and then listen to their network of spies. They are now talking back or responding with "You are not our leader... you do not want to help... get out of our life." This is not the problem. The problem is it sounds like an illegal captivity and how a terror plot ended. It sounds like an effort to silence or illegally detain; to get that last bit of effort out. Meanwhile, there is pressure to leave, asking daily, "when are you leaving" and the police called incessantly to bully; there are harassments hourly, sometimes it is every ten minutes in a residence where rent is paid; there are reports of spy cameras, illegal surveillance, and sex offenses. The only message and point of keeping this illegal detainment is to say "this is how angry we are." It leads to death threats, some promise how this will never end, and most of all reading all my material, copyright material, and even correspondence to family, lawyers, and the FBI. Even the police are guilty. All complaints fall on deaf ears; even spy cameras and sex offenses; mostly union beat up or terrorism. They claim we do not care and do not mind. They forced us into a position where we vacated immediately and cut our losses; or wait and catch all of them; now they refuse to pay or do a refund. So now my car and belongings are beat up and I cannot put them on the market at a fair rate; damaged goods.

So no matter what the case is; the bottom line is who would pay to be in a peep show? Who would pay rent to be in a sex crime or have all of their belongings stolen? I need my vehicle to relocate; so why didn't they stop the vandalism or get to the bottom of it? I need my rent back; so why was there stonewalling and no effort to get to the bottom of this. Had the landlord said, did you set up spy cameras or are you guilty of these charges; my rent would be returned and I would be gone. The terror suspects would be either in court or jail by now. So there is no effort to determine who is responsible or why this form of illegal detainment is occuring. If it is a construction site accident; then the unions are clearly guilty. There is no way anybody can go into court and say he agreed to be part of a peep show or be under illegal surveillance where all of his rights are violated. The question is who put it there, who set up the living arrangement, who else (female or male) did they do this to, why, and did they get their kicks yet? So the problem is easy; why did the landlord not ask them if they were guilty and why did he keep it going for so long? If you were a master spy and terrorist; how would you do this or keep up 24 hours of it?

If anything; he owed rent refunds from December 2009 to Present; now it is punitive damages and criminal charges. Maybe his employees or staff who work on the property are putting spy cameras and making a few bucks? The apartment is gorgeous, wood floors, and worth over $500 anywhere else. The problem is a felon, terrorist, spy, and cunning thief lives above. Also, they say it is their home, did the landlord work out a "rent to own" program with the unions? Do they have some sale that is under the table in case he is arrested or cannot meet his side of the bargain? You cannot ignore the problem; but you cannot let this keep dragging out. I did not pay money or rent to be in a peep show for sex offenders or to watch my family. I did not pay rent so they could scream at me or talk to me daily about terror plots and how I am not their leader or wish to help. I did not pay money for a lot of things or to be under constant harassment and abuse in my own home. If others complained or were suspicious; then it is now proven; a sex ring, prostitution, drug, and a whole lot more to include links to communist spies and labor union leaders. Our terror suspect identify them by name and power rank. I must now use some formula to determine how much punitive damages are needed based on these alluring questions.

It goes on and on until they are wiped out and nearly beaten down. It is not about violence; the US military has all the violence they could want and deadening. This is why they are behind communism, peace movement, hippies, liberals, labor movement, crime, drugs, etc... They fuel it more and more using welfare and illegal immigrants and tell us they have the votes and we are tyrants. If not, we are butchers and deny them religious freedom. They claim we are bullies while ignoring the real problem and bullies; the communist and terrorists. On this end it is more of a female spy, psychotic stalker, and sex offender. Compared to Phoebe, I would multiply this every ten minutes in my residence; also over 500 times a day by a sadistic master spy who watches everything and then jerks off. Their message is this will never end; they will pursue us in our homes; it is their house, nation, and they are power. Trust me, nobody wants to hire them or deal with them but they breed like crazy. They ignore all of that and keep telling the public their rights are being violated, they are left out, others get more tax money while they pay taxes, this is good for America, and it feels like an infestation of illegal immigrants who are fighting to overthrow or take over the government. They also claim their civil rights are being violated while shredding the Constitution up in the most lawless manner. We had to cope with them shadowing, detaining, and capturing us while they acted like best friends. Now we wish them hell and much more. They use being poor or stupid as a legal defense. They use their religion as a legal defense.

It is not wanting to help; it is how they helped that is most important and shows who they are. It goes from this end (landlord and those on property behind the spy camera or illegal surveillance), to the State of New York, to Sean and Rush, then to their employers, YAF and CPAC, FReeP, and all of Ann's associates. Surely they wanted to help but we clearly know now how they helped and what they did. It also suggest how rotten they are and using "help" to extort from others or abuse their powers. Not only was there a cover up, it clearly shows they tried to drum up or cater to a "post-arrangement" that would circumvent the laws once lawlessness and a crime spree was detected. The question after December 2009 was who was keeping them in-near a criminal conspiracy and why no measures were ever taken to at minimum get them away from or escape it. Why is there an effort to further it? Nobody wanted to buy their products and now they felt a high school diploma was enough to read our legal mail and comment at will or all day long. The entire case is based on trying to help and stalking charges or illegal surveillance-peeping tom charges. There is a clear history of reading legal briefs and commenting on their own prosecution; clearly the presence of spy cameras; then distributing information collected.
