09/05/06 Let the record show that at no time did this spy group, their prosecutors, and their agents or messengers make any attempt to speak to my lawyer. They did try to speak to me about how they wanted to buy off Ann because I was handling her case. In other words, they did not me and I am her lawyer and considered her immediate family. The same applies with Ann as with me. However, they made no effort and Ann has not indicated to me they did or were making any effort instead they made harassments, death threats, and also kept saying I did not have to aruge and protest with Ann because they had a murder plots on her. They need my help to push her into the arms of Sean Hannity for this to go through.
I document who contacted who. I document my lawyer talking to them. I document my lawyer charging them and our case which I am the lead prosecutor and have the military on the other line who will use lethal force if necessary or if they threaten a military officer. It is up to them to take the actions as we have proven. We will go after them when and if they are exhausted and with no power left. Until then, they can fight it. I document everything and how they meddled with me and what they said to me when Ann and I fought like any couple. Their solution is to kill her. I was solicited not once but at least five times. They insisted they were still interested and she had hurt "him." In a court of law it will be evident they mad no effort only efforts to escape and lie. There was never any effort to legally resolve this or apply any justice. We had to force them to talk and when we asked if there was evidence; they controlled what information was released and said there was no evidence.
It is well known these are the most dangerous and evil people known on earth. It is sucidal to catch them when they are most powerful. They can do what they want and state what they wish to disclose. However, when and if the time comes; the weakest and rock bottom is the most ideal time for them. That is when they are able to lie best. To lie in this condition and climate is sucide but it proves who they are. Nobody has made an effort to contact my lawyers even if they know a case on them is out there. The state of New York did not contact my lawyer and the federal government did not contact my lawyer but they said they tried to buy her off and get her off the case. She refused so I refused also. If they have something on her, they better use it and soon.
Bill Maher has lied to me. Sean Hannity has lied to me. Rush Limbaugh has lied to me. I am prosecuting them and verifying what they say. This is how they are taking her off the case and this terror plot by using it on her. The state of New York pleaded guilty to me but this was before I told them the case on them and the entire terror plot. So they plead guilty already and now claim they are helping by taking Ann out also. They want her off the case because they will win it if they can do this. So we need more lawyers and more good prosecutors to rip them apart and to wait until they are the most weakest and will crack like an egg.
Let the record also show they are on my battlefield and my war; and in my war and battlefield, I call the shots and things go through me; however, I do not have ID to retaliate and get this turd for being on my battlefield. It did not go through me and it probably came from the enemy side who always meddles on my battlefield and my war. Next they will think it is their country. Those individuals are facing murder charges and conspiracy to murder the prosecutors on this case as the only way to get them off of it. The purpose of taking my internet with a DOS attack and wiping out 120 gb of memory was to solicit and market this murder plot.
They (State of New York) asked if I was interested or wanted in on a previous one which I also had foiled. Someone hit them back hard and they bent over backwards to say it was no big deal and it was a misunderstanding. However, they are trying to kick back up the murder plots I had stomped on repeatedly the moment Ann and I argue. They made no contact with her about the case and know we are in touch as they are on the other side. It involves the 911 terror plot and their wives.
