The reason why they were spying or kidnapped Alex was to write this new "revelation" which was the product of Alex reorganization of the military and the new century called 1. totality - a new concept of security 2. economic sustainability - why communism failed and how elections are governed by power 3. satellite warfare - a new and total invention by the founder of it.
