Public Lawsuits and Class Action Suits:  Most if not all civil court cases focus on the requirements of survival.  This survival fluctuates between the individual and the greater society at large.  Therefore, most civil matters are directed at redefining or refocusing the individual to a larger mass or society.

In all elections on earth, it is the strategy of each opponent to find the sweet spot and win that common ground based on the margin of error and the margin of profit.  When the margin of error and profit are small, the one percent or two percent of votes becomes a laborious task.  It can get expensive.  However, when we see candidates who do not know the issues and claim they are winning or losing because they found the sweet spot, then the nation is going to begin a slow decline before it avalanches and slides off the cliff.  Claiming to know the sweet spot and hitting the sweet spot are two opposite events.  Stretching your muscles and hurting yourself while flexing your muscles during heavy lifting is where the term “rugged individualist” came from.  In layman terms, you cannot spot the phony if you do not know the issues or what the phony is doing; the sweet spot all looks and feels the same but underneath the surface, a river is boiling and steaming to the surface where it can cool off.  The public only is able to recognize and feel the coolness of the surface and this is why politics gets such a bad name.  What you may see with the naked eye is playful mudslinging not lead slinging.

 

To quote Michelle Obama, the Presidency is an all-encompassing pedestal that not many candidates can live up to.  For one certainty, the office of the Presidency requires an austere understanding of the qualities and diminishments the nation and the world expects.  Therefore, the qualities and the character of the President sometimes run opposite to the skill sets the larger culture expects and requires to survive in a conditional growth because the office and the workplace sometimes run opposite to the sea of tradition and culture they coexist with.  To say Presidential character and fortitude is achievable may be similar to seminary school withdrawal.  If God wanted man to be his equal, he would have made man in the same light of his own image.  Therefore, we cannot conclude that a President and any national God has a list of qualities and requirements that everybody can match or qualify for because in the end, what you are judged for is not the trading club you belong to but the merits of your work when you have to compete in the global markets.  In order to be competitive, you have to innovate and you have to seek new markets.  No nation on earth has the resources to produce the entire world consumption or the demands of any one market.  Similar to the Presidential character and requirements, corporate culture run opposite to the skill set needed to survive the day to day life of the average human being.  The same holds true for the media and any system of hierarchy where the public tends to go a little overboard when it wants or needs to add more bias and negativity to an already increasingly negative world.  It is all sci-fi and for kicks and giggles anyhow, don’t sweat it.  Therefore, our culture and our religious tolerance does find new ways to survive the reality of a complex nation; however, in our survival quest on earth, we have to ask if what qualities we need for survival run contrary to the inequalities we have to achieve death or suicide.  That is the dilemma on earth.  We can run upstream or downstream but we can never run from the truth.  The truth will outrun us in the end.  It is better to prepare now or suffer later when our dilemma on earth grows to a giant disproportional catastrophe.  Similar to preaching the gospel, you have to understand the reality.  The reality is you start with K-12 but once you reach that ending point, you must make a decision if you want to pursue the education anymore.  The requirement for most cultures is equal to or greater than what we expect from other cultures in the world.  At some point, the democratic value of being judged or the ability to compete will define the survival requirements of any or all societies.

·         Not only were they ordered to keep away and ordered not to contact us, they used clandestine and even police measures to ensure the stigma of mental illness and other negative stigmas dominated or grew larger because of their crony system or vanquished stigma farming.  It grew to enormous size and over the course of several decades, built a giant “iron curtain” around their self-imprisonment.  We see how these contacts led to a protection order and 850,000 violations, which was hyper-dumbed as mere personal advice, legal advice, or zodiac horoscope predictions.  It also indicates their state of mind and the need for some form of lethal force if they do not and cannot win anything back.  True, all that is left is the crying but how exactly did we get here?  If it is the stigma of mental illness or blame, then we can reproduce it in a lab and determine with certainty, how exactly it got this way.  It did not get this way overnight or even after several years, try several decades!  Should we just leave or do they prefer if we move instead?

·         Refusing to keep away and refusing to stop contacting us while this stigma and this toxic “everybody knows it is them” mentality shocks us into thinking their entire house blew away or it walked off and they did not even know it but thought someone stole it!  It indicates a lack of prevention and escalation to legal methods of lethal force or other means to render useless childish pranks with lethal and deadly force.  Is that reckless endangerment or infliction of emotional distress?  Is that an indicator of kidnapping?  How about an atmosphere or mental state of criminal conspiracy and high scary crimes and misdemeanors?  The obvious is everybody knows they know and nobody wants to get caught laughing too hard about it.  It is possible we defeated them after 850,000 assaults.  It is possible we are lying about defeating them and defrauding the public out of $60 billion in FBI-Police abuses of power.  It is possible we are lying about meeting them or knowing who they are; otherwise, this would be over a long time ago and someone would be filthy rich already.  The evidence is too overwhelming and damning regardless of how disenchanted they are with the weather or “how good he is at this.”  Please spare us anymore of the relationship chit-chat and disturbances no less the appalling professional advice that gets nobody anything or anywhere, only aimless control.  Had this been a classroom, none of their pencils would have any erasers left and their paper is visibly scarred with pock marks.  Who else knew?

·         Maybe it is better not to talk to us or try to have any communications?  Why infuriate the matter even more when there are so many victims and so much legal damages being hidden or purchased by invisible money and people?  It is that stigma of a nuclear meltdown and the lack of safety that will cause people to blow up or self-combust for no apparent reasons.  Then again, maybe it is time to obey the laws and do the right thing when you know and everybody knows you have been whooped by cuss words.  Cuss it hurts?  Cuss it feels better?  Cuss it works?  Cuss we are blessed?  Who is cuss and why did cuss whoop you so badly?  Did you really see people in skin suits or did you see aliens do this but they were in skin suits and you cannot describe what really happened or your reality?

 

THIS IS EXACTLY-EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED FROM 1998-2002 AND HOW THE 911 TERROR PLOT HAPPENED AND THEN KEPT ON REPEATING ALL THE WAY UP TO 2020.  THEY CLAIMED THEY WERE OUR POWER OF ATTORNEY AND WE LOST ALL OF OUR RIGHTS WHEN THEY CAME INTO OUR LIFE AND THEN WHEN THEY REFUSED TO EXIT OUR LIFE.  AS THEY BEGAN TO BE FORCED OUT, MOST OF THE DAY WAS BASED ON "THEIR TERMS OF WITHDRAWAL."  SO THEIR TERMS OF WITHDRAWAL BASICALLY BECAME OUR WITHDRAWAL AND BEING UNDERMINED UNTIL NONE OF THE PIECES FIT; A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.  THEY CLAIMED THEY DID IT FOR US, FRIENDS.  THEN THEY FORCED US TO CHANT AND PROTEST WITH THEM, STAFF AND FANS; IT WAS A TUG OF WAR, SUNUP TO SUNDOWN, ON WHO WAS IN CONTROL AND WHY.  THAT WAS THE 911 TERROR PLOT AND WHAT LED UP TO HOW WE CAUGHT THEM.

·         I can almost assure you their inability to pass a polygraph and their attempts to hide the illegality, is why so many people got hurt, killed, abused, are victims of the circumstances, are part of a coverup, was an attempt to get away, etc.  Usually when innocent civilians are hurt or injured, it is either the police or the criminals ducking it out.  They said they were ducking it out “with us” and we “defeated their forces.”  We know it is the nationalists and we know they claim to be in charge or control the right wing, total insanity and obedience to their loyalties.

·         They said it was all a hoax and nothing was real.  This is probably why they cannot pass a polygraph and there are 850,000 assaults as they became more paranoid, insecure, made up more phony lies, and basically got lost in their own conspiracy and illegal activity.  So that illegality is probably why so many got hurt and why so much liability is headed their way.  I have no problems with a polygraph but I do have a problem with criminals acting as the police hounding me or accosting me for nearly 30 years while they turn me into a dead man or a criminal at their leisure or hobby.  Now all their attention is still focused on me and it is a house of lies and more and more people will have to be injured as they cover up more illegal activity by looking like and feeling like the police.  It is how they feel, a house of lies and emotional excuses for more and more of what they will go to jail about.

·         Notice how they are the only ones who cannot pass a truth test or a lie detector and they have the gall to act like they are in control and the authority, we are powerless to Big Brother, $60 billion in legal damages speaks for eternity!  Take a hoard look at what we recorded and whom we recorded before shining any flashlights on anybody else.  If they admit all the illegal stuff, then I can assure you they are the violence and there is a sea of victims!  No there is an ocean of victims, $60 billion in legal damages and 850,000 incidents-assaults and still plugging away at us 24-7 about our public image and public safety; how about a rightful or accurate Baker Act and arrest finally?  How about pay for something!  What did or have they paid, anything?  So they racked up the bills, costs, and were wrecking everything up.

As stated many times already and sometimes with the same tongue of drunken sailors, America and the world is being forced to polarize by nationalistic identity.  This identity was the result of the collapse of the cold war empires, both the right wing and the left wing.  Similarly stated and confirmed by the FBI-Police on duty, the age of American polarization and party affiliation is at an all-time high and tearing a swath of fire across the prairies once teeming with milk and honey.  The nationalist movement have collaborated to transfix themselves on the once plush greenery we call “the other side of the tracks.”  Not only is this nationalistic catalyst dangerous but it also is the forefront, not storefront either, of planning and logistics retracing their roots and rallying their troops with more battle cries.  We not only lived it, we were stuck in the middle of it for decades.  This planning and logistics is also our national identity now.  It is the history of who we were and who we are now.  Therefore, the very essence of their reason to live or die in America will be the same essence to live or die on earth.  That essence is the understated existence of being sorry until the end of time.  Until the militaries of the world can invent a weapon to combat it, they are living out a perpetual state of being sorry for their identity and existence on earth.  Unless there is an antidote to return them to their natural being or combat their nasty overture over other’s autonomous freewill, it is a course of history they lost and are in a state of grief they cannot be destined for anymore.  Let’s make life short, sweet and brief.  We all are judged in one way or the other.  Democracy is a process of being judged.  This poisonous nationalism cannot compete globally and they do not want to be judged.  They are strapped financially and considered to be the underclass.  We have trapped them and ordered them out, off US soil.  Their only wish is to be cremated and remembered as caring more for others than any race or ethnic group on earth.  We salute their departure and not their return.

 

We are stuck in religious wars and it is difficult to convince Americans we cannot judge others!  We are taught to understand how global trade is vital to promoting a higher understanding of life on earth, even a way to avoid future wars.  Thus, do not expect much more from the right or the left who under the overwhelming umbrella of nationalism is paralyzing national security so we cannot recognize it or propose any solutions.  If so, we would be shadow boxing and chasing ghosts.  We can no longer tell who loves whom and if we reveal it, expect them to assault it and create a reactionary movement.  Is this about who we love or who we want to kill; or is it only about who is trying to kill us, opportunity?  What we do know is they have no backbone to call home and are afflicted with many former pastures they now cannot graze on or detach their existence with.  Can we call them “indigenous?”  Even if there were major departures, the indifferences create the best of the best, a state of empathy and egalitarianism when being sorry is the only peaceful state of existence affordable.  This is our best and that is their best, a perpetual state of being sorry and restructuring their life so as to promote a pathological state of falsehoods until they are unable or unwilling to compete on a larger or global scale.  That is their best of the best and the annoyance of being afflicted by a set of standards that enjoys lying about how peaceful and cooperative their opportunism has destroyed them or ruined their reputation forever.  They are the state and their authority is to graze on these pastures until someone with a stronger moral inkling can mix it up with them and finish the job.

This perpetual state of becoming a nationalistic global movement so our home can benefit more than any other we have to fight for, is rapidly destroying America.  It will cause war eventually because they have an addictive affliction they cannot justify or wants to cease.  Their best is a state of doom once being sorry has become so overwhelming we expect civil war and violence on the scale of the September 11^th doomsday we had to witness already.  So being sorry is not a legal excuse nor is it a state of grace, instead it is a simple way to govern and an easier way to reap the benefits that government jobs and security offers, authority and protections, while trying to understand themselves and come up with a more powerful solution to the problems afflicting every single country on earth and their national destiny.  That is nationalism and that is as dangerous of a mix regardless of the flag it bears or the language it speaks.  For us and others, it is just another day being forced to tolerate the very essence we have to eventually kill or expelled by the saving graces that our forefathers could not envision coming to their homes and terrorizing their family.  Eventually, that same state of flux will become a party line, a resume kicker, and even a national security trumpet.  Keep in mind the twentieth century has proven to the human race weapons, wars, and explosives are the easiest way to think out problems once they are permanent and cripple any destiny or predestination.  The founding fathers of the Constitution recognized this and they wanted to convey the need to prepare for an ultimate showdown on planet earth.

“At times, it seems as if the president purposely likes to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. That continuous counterintuitive behavior naturally raises the question “Does Trump suffer from ‘self-destructive syndrome’?” — a behavior that has been described as causing unnecessary harm to the person in question, who deliberately and constantly places himself or herself in harmful situations or throws up barriers to helpful ones.

 

Others have referred to it as the “constant chaos theory,” a belief that certain people are not truly happy or content unless everything around them is in a perpetual state of uncertainty, upheaval and escalating risk. No matter if the president or his staff may think this is all speculative “psychobabble,” the fact remains that he walks into traps he himself set on a fairly regular basis.

 

Although those who dislike or openly hate this president generally will never admit it, Trump is very intelligent and street-smart and typically has good to great instincts. All of these — for anyone willing to honestly look — were on full display in late 2015 and 2016, when he historically got himself elected president almost entirely on his own.

 

For his entire business career and, now, his presidency, Trump has been a rhetorical gunslinger who habitually, deliberately shoots from the hip. More often than not, he does find his target. But when he misses, he misses badly. And when he does miss, some who support him scream (at least internally), “Why take the high-risk or useless potshot in the first place?”

 

The answer might be as simple as that the president can’t help himself.”
