When we trace civilizations and old family quarrels, we see that certain empires have a habit of entanglements that grow and grow until they are too big to fail, or stop. It is not their size but their economic sustainability, the ability to raise an army and support an army. Therefore, we can trace empires and civilizations back to their period of greatness and expansion; how their conquest has sucked other great empires and civilizations into their internal quarrels. These quarrels are Trojan Horses and embody marriage and family. These historical quarrels are the result of immigration and clandestine espionage, a hostile environment. Typically, empires are under siege by their slaves. However, mutiny and chaos is also very destructive. Slaves are the social class that causes the most internal strife because their freedom and power has to come from outside their confines. They must also marry into an external source of power or family. Hence, any internment, POW camp, prisoner society, or lawless family quarrels will embody this historical problem with being too big to fail and the aggression they have with either the laws or the sacred duties of imprisonment, The merits of the Constitution. This foe and foreign enemy must identify what exactly the threat is or was; foreign or domestic. In the history of civilized human events, these gigantic empires come and go but their main indifference is the balance of power or the aggression of these internal family quarrels, external to the empire. Is it merely a gigantic surplus of their prison society or is it their gigantic surplus of slave populations, who seek liberation and the power of the laws? The Constitution of the United States was a document that created a wall, an isolation unit that prevented any immigrant group from depositing those historical human events inside the jurisdiction of the sovereign government of the United States. The outer wall of the United States disconnects those powerful historical struggles, a freedom of religion and speech, to enumerate these liberties and the chains of captivity. The essence of America was to give immigrants freedom to break the problems of the past and eradicate the clandestine wars or the Trojan Horse immigration may have deposited or been responsible for, such as treasure seeking or cherry-picking from the vast resources of the United States or her sustainable military. Those so misguided by the past or the future squabbles will perish by the invisible arm of the laws. We are witness to their rich or impoverished extinctions inside the protection walls.
There are two monsters of the Constitution that encompasses most if not all of our liberties and free discourse. First is the freedom of speech. Most of our information in the information age comes from some form of news source. That is the premise of freedom of speech, to have open discourse so that liberties are protected and so we can defend the nation. Secondly, the Constitution states we have a right to remain silent or avoid self-incrimination. These two rights encompass half if not most of the Constitution. This means we have one side who is silent and the other side who is not. Who do you trust with your liberties or the protection of individual rights, the first ten amendments? When we say "too big to fail," we are talking about these two central tenets of free speech and free discourse. The information age allows us to fairly and without uncooperative spirit, decide who we want for a President or who scoffs at our individual rights. The two party systems gravitate to a bottomless pit when these two central tenets are abused. Correspondingly, we refer to a concept called "too big to fail," as a fair arbiter of the truth when these protections are used carefully and in a genuine way. When not used carefully or when not as genuine as we know now, we have a serious identity crisis and national crisis.
Politics can be about lies or they can be about national identity. Prior to the 1950s, there were several evangelical movements that tried to determine what exactly America is about. After World War II, American foreign policy becomes a search for allies and a search for enemies, an evangelical approach to politics. Typically the economic cycles of any society readjust every thirty years and revolutions tends to follow that periodic scale, hence, there are increases and decreases in certain cultures. Hence, too big to fail can be about lies or it can be about our national identity.
The Kefauver Committee was the result of the Red Scare and the moral drive to address who the Soviet Union is and how they can threaten America. The moral question about American identity and destiny, a scofflaw of freedom, are the extreme sides any known enemy. Do we know who the enemy is and do we want to surmise the enemy is everywhere or only in America? That is the basis of democracy and self-determination, the identity of a nation and a nation that knows who the enemy is; too big to fail. To undermine America's destiny or identity is an "un-American" act of sabotage; a clandestine war. Therefore, this evangelical drive is the prerequisite of events that began in the early twentieth century and World War I, until the beginning of the Cold War in 1947 with the National Security Act of 1947. Therefore, when the term "too big to fail" is used as a pseudonym of a group, particular group, or the sums of many groups; it refers to "the enemy" and "moral justification." That is America's search for World War, enemies, and this crazy period of gravitation called communist aggression. Communism is both a moral violation and forces of gravity. That is the true identity of America and the destiny of American leadership. Is the welfare state a justified cause or noble war? The Constitution does not explicitly delegate funds for justified wars or noble causes, it states the War Powers Act is in the hands of the President, The Commander in Chief; while the funding is appropriated by Congress. Therefore, the search for America's identity is the same moral plight as the search for America's destiny, a permanent or internecine clandestine war.
The use of chemicals in medical applications has both good and bad effects. One of the bad effects of prescription drugs is addiction. Narcotics are the basis of addiction in America and the economics of it fuels drug wars and global destabilization, a prison society. Therefore, beginning in the 1960s, the impact of the Kefauver Committee was regulation of medical drugs, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). During the cold war, many countries begin to experiment with mind altering drugs and a mental psychosis that would inhibit this "too big to fail" mentality or characteristic. 1. Everything after 2008 was all them and control. I can only speak for myself but Ann and I only planned up to 2008. All of our plans were from 1998-2008 only. The rest is a cops and robbers game. As far as I know, my plans did not contain any of them, period. Why they keep making it is “he did not make it all up after 2008…” is the cops and robbers game. It is all them after 2008 and Ann asked me what I wanted to do. I told Ann I cannot prove they did the terror plot but I have to figure out a way based on grilling them and forcing them to surrender. The FBI keeps hounding us 24-7 about how we are part of this racketeering and protection ring involving the Jews. They keep saying “he did it… she did it… it is all true… it is a perfect transcript… it is nothing but a hoax, etc.” in order to gain control and recover.
2. Whatever Ann did after 2008 did not involve me. Our plan, we split into two, was to prove they did the 911 plot. I asked Ann if she could prove they did this in 2008 and I said “we both saw them do this… we cannot let them get away with this.” They antagonized and took us as a hostage after 2008 in order to conceal or regain control, recover; meanwhile, we had to look stupid, make endless sacrifices, and suffer just to prove they are lying and took us hostage while on duty as the FBI.
3. Everything after 2008 had nothing to do with Ann or I, all made up. They act like we are lying, cheating, or they have to torture us around the clock to get the truth. The truth is after 2008 it was all them and trying to outmaneuver them or trick them using their control and flushing them out. That was the problem, flushing them out into the open; everything was made up and reactionary after 2008. They made everything up and forced me to report it or used Ann to report it or conceal it. They continue to act like FBI agents or staff.

The question for the investigators now is who allowed the FBI to target and keep on targeting two characters they claim foiled their terror plot plans, future terror plot plans, and either wrecked their casino or plans to invade foreign tourist destinations when they are the cause and the reason why this problem is too big to fail and is still wrecking us up or trying to get us in trouble due to a 24 hour full court press they began in 2008 when nobody was even on duty to wreck up their future or present terrorist plans! Why are they making house calls and blaming us for this when they are paid and swore allegiance to wreck up those plans we are being blamed for or being attacked by? Then they claim they are on our side or are our staff now regardless of what we have done to them but the two main characters are still fighting because they damaged or undermined us so badly one of us might be sent to jail for wrecking up their terror plot plans or expansion of their casino plans? Is this some kind of Catholic or Jewish immigration joke being told by the FBI? Then the peril of this has caused them to sucker up and act like government slaves who are facing peril and they are being forced to be slaves and work off their debt, under the table sexual gratification and innuendos. Who the hell is planning this and allowing it? We get attacked because they are too big to fail and do not want to arrest everybody because they are too big to fail and desperate; but we are going to be and had been attacked, beaten down, beaten up, told to shut up and intimidated around the clock, etc. because we are foiling all of their planned terrorist attacks or hate wars in America? That is basically their story and what has been recorded with their fingerprint as the seal of approval. How about focusing on who and how we are going to foil any other terror plot or defund this gigantic expansion of clandestine war, hostile environment, profiteering and criminal greed, or the payback for a century of being told to shut down and put an end to the corrupt immigration or the organized terror by the police and the protection rings? Who the hell is going to be able to shut them down while they do this and advance the protection of too big to fail? So what did they do? They pestered us and focused on the obvious for 24 hours of trying to beat us up for their simmering anger why all of their plans are in shutdown and arrest me mode while they try to use the access of the police to wreck up more of our life and work off their debts as sex slaves.

I knew who they were and are early in my life. I wrote a report on Middle East terrorism and how they kill by mimicking the message. This is what they are and were doing, now encircled and trapped inside the copyrighted material; mimicking the message. The problem is they have taken our identity and continue to ask who sent you, who hired you, and the fine details. They hide behind crime and terrorism, a plight or story. However, in taking our identity and copyrighted material; they claim we are the problem and they are above the complaints or the laws, it is too late. Furthermore, the complaints continue to rack up and they just do not want to hear it because we are in this together. So they are infallible or God, nothing sticks. If it does, they deflect it and this is the standoff or why they broke it into two; now something is going to stick if they divide this into two parts, true and false. They use phony photos, phony evidence, endless attacks, endless rapprochements, and this control problem and complaints because they do not know if it is for the right reasons or the wrong ones, only the law but they are above the laws and are the judge, jury, and executioner. So inside they are already dead but outside they fear death and their environment, total insanity internally and bottled up like a conspiracy. So why if they are staff or our story, do they continue to rack up complaints and act as if there are no complaints? If there is any complaints, then it is only about them and the focus is away or not on the two main characters, which they were caught trying to destroy or undermine for self-destruction or suicide. They are driving us to suicide and claim we have to be destroyed but the complaints are ignored and they keep saying identical things, “go away, you are the problem, leave us alone, it is her fault, she has been arrested, etc.” When did they arrest us? Did they arrest us or kidnap us? Was there any bond or extortion for relief, a cease-desist or did they conceal any and all relief?
Hence, we go back to the complaints. If any of that is true and if you wasted this much tax payer dollars and got this many people fired; why is the complaints only about your foes or the people who are hunting you? Are you the psychopath being hunted or are you the psychopath who is doing the hunting? This clearly is enough to defund them and jail them for conspiracy to commit terror and we do not get any chances to foil their plans or the killing spree, instead they claim we are doing it because their females and gays are in love? They have taken the truth and twisted it in many contortions in order to throw the blame back or control the complaints; take on another identity or mimicked the message. Therefore, they are guilty of mimicking the message and read my Middle East analysis of the region in the 1990s and we got here because all they did was mimicked the message and are still mimicking the message, a phony and a forgery. That is Middle East terrorism, mimicking the message and that is why they targeted me, am I the hunter or are they hunting me? How about Ann, is she mimicking the message or are the FBI-staff problem? Now they focus on her in order to destroy her, they failed already to mimic my material. They are not America and act like they are America or Americans, a communist mole. I detected them early on and they targeted me in the 1990s. Knowing that they are forging and mimicking the message, a phony, are they mimicking the complaints in order to castigate and deploy propaganda and misinformation? Why are they above the complaints if they are mimicking them and throwing it back, wasn’t Ann hunting them? That is what the 911 terror plot comes down to and all of this violence and massacres in America, mimicking the message. It is not a mistake, it is a very-very annoying Middle East strategy and deadly.

When you have genocide or other ethnic, religious, racial, indigenous, or ideological barrier that prevents the necessity of war, among other things self-preservation, then there are other legal ways to curb usurpation of national laws, independence or a state free of espionage, respect of borders or border incursion, organized crime and immigration, insolvency of the police or political authority, etc. National security and world war become a noble and justified cause. When you avoid all legal means and when you cannot or no longer defend your borders, then the necessity of war and the necessity of termination becomes the right to refute or legally abide by duties of sedition. In other words, when you detect a foreign threat inside your borders, the laws governing National Security should be strong enough to contain the problem. If the problem grows and continues to overwhelm or overtake the legal merits of policing, then the only way to police or restore order is to engage in lethal and deadly force. Some countries in the twentieth century avoided the legal means and forced the matter with paranoia or wanton religious wars. Where do you determine if genocide or mass murder is propaganda intended to avoid war and preserve the merits of a sovereign nation? Is murder a Christian value or a privilege of American common law? Is theft or robbery? How do you justify any of this in a civilized nation unless it is governed by anarchy and chaos? America has had a troublesome history with wanton immigration and also religious strife on US soil, lacking the desired sovereignty needed to be a Nobel cause. America also has had problems with criminal espionage and illegal incursions beyond her borders, intended to weaken the state and fabric of liberty.
It comes down to legal schools and academics. Communist ideology of the twentieth century believes in spontaneous combustion, escalation. They undermine or use mismanagement to prevent economic sustainability and thus self-destruction by either forceful means or violence. If necessary war is not murder but a legalized method of administering justice or adjudication of noble causes to restore order or for National Security self-preservation, are there legalized ways to implement lethal force if murder and mayhem is rampant globally? Are there legal methods of waging wars such as race wars, police wars, clandestine wars, or even undermining legal authority and Constitutional merits? This is where the use of internment, prison societies, POW camps, maximum security detention, concentration camps, reservation systems, etc. becomes a buffer to the inevitable problem, legal deportation or self-preservation. War is necessary when and if the right authority is waging the war. If the war is waged by a clandestine opportunity, then immediately it becomes a method of brainwashing and propaganda; an unjustified cause and a criminal act. Therefore, you can choose your enemies or your enemies can choose you; however, you call justified wars, if you do not have a noble cause, then you cannot administer any lethal force or punitive measures; such as necessary war. All human beings do not have a fundamental right to live. They do have a fundamental right to self-defense if someone has waged war on them. If they have a plight, then they must present the evidence accordingly. In clandestine wars, violence is addictive and alters the ideological indoctrination of dogma, spite, and reason.
Killing and war is not an act of evil and must operate within the scopes of legal merits. The police must exercise lethal force when a climate of murder and mayhem exists. The United States Constitution has defined these limits and scopes due to a fear of government and the need to perfect a perfect union, the respect of individual rights without wanton police authority or unnecessary intervention into every facet of human life or 24 hours of mismanagement by enemy forces trying to govern human life and spirit into demise or self-destruction. Foreign entities are prohibited from governing on US soil. Furthermore, martial law is defined as a necessary means to restore order utilizing military authority and personnel. These are examples of a merit based system where illegal rapprochements and lethal force is a process of escalation and justification. In other words, you do not wage nuclear war on other nation-states because they stole your wife or they called you playground names, it takes serious and egregious behavior and violations, an escalation before war becomes a justified necessity. These are the scopes of the law, escalation and not an atmosphere of lawless propaganda and verbal offenses. Once you have an escalation, then lethal force is justified and becomes a process of legalized criminal violations; self-preservation. Communist ideology believes in escalation and spontaneous combustion or forceful overthrow, a degree of nationalism and pride. When we look at mass genocide on earth, the communist empire has been responsible for more genocide, more wars, and more famine of their own people than any other empire on earth. It was out of the rubble of their collapse did genocide once again emerge from the ashes of their storefront. Why do these genocide cases show up on the doorsteps of only Western or non-communist states?
The United Nations Convention on the Crime of Genocide identifies some key characteristics and acts when the act of Genocide has been committed and an ongoing search for the perpetrators of it has not been finalized. It was prepared by the Secretary General on the 28th of March 1947. We see that although a century later, things have not changed even if we live in a world of high technology and the Information Age. All of these hidden clues tell you what kind of a human being is on the other end of the terror plot and wiretaps. Nobody was on duty when they ran up $90 billion in legal damages and are still today operating without supervision or any brakes. They feel their behavior is perfectly fine and the police are not the bad guys, infallible. I would like to ask them if they have a badge number and how many more people will die or have to suffer while they are all on duty and infallible of any violations? Was genocide on their minds or was it in their hearts only? Some groups would rather die than renounce their religion, their nationalism, their ethnic history, or their ideological dogma and spite. In war, these types of loyalties become hidden dangers of national identity and group identity, historical pride. Hence, genocide has occurred in wars, even clandestine wars; however, it must be adjudicated on the premise of transparency. Something to also keep in mind is the human toll of all wars, millions if not hundreds of millions perish on both sides; who wants to worry about the middle ground and the legal games they try to impose? Therefore, if there is escalation and rapprochements, the state of war exists and a clandestine process is undermining the legal authority or autonomy of liberty. The continuance of escalation will eventually be implosion, mismanagement, or self-destruction; murder and incitement.
Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide Article 2 (3): any of the following acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, as such:
- Killing member of the group
- Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group
- Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or part
- Imposing measurements intended to prevent births within the group
- Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group
