Guidelines for UCMJ will be written as a guide. Essentially double jeaopardy is possible. Justice is swift. Desertion or abandoning a unit while in combat is punishable by death. Article 22 can be expedited if a trial is not requested. Treason and other offenses including spying or police offenses are severely punished.
