When I used a dating app in 2015
to find someone; three females appeared.
One of them looked like the police officer who ran me over in 2008 at

they claim they only want to help, they will then force me to move in order to

paycheck; no real situation only another trap.
So the landlord was about someone forcing drugs or a life of drugs down
my throat and if they ran me over in a car, which occurred frequently but so
blatant on the Canadian border; it was about a “loan” and a career or how to
cover up for the 911 terror plot. They
were convinced they could not lie about this and with Trump in power and so
many NY police on them; they were in the red and terrified. At this point, an espionage spy must ingest
cyanide; however, the damage they did as criminals was beyond the pale. They feared for their life and they acted as
if they were being wiretapped and all of them were about to be arrested by the
President, their boss and my supervisor.
They feared for their life at that point and both Floyd-Pat acted if
they were mafia goons, a terrible mistake had been made and they do not want to
die for ratting out any of this. Trust
me, it is only a “loan” and they will use it to kill you or murder you; how
they keep hostages or prisoners; still no rent refund or real relief. They are on a tirade on Ann’s end, claiming I
am too emotional and won’t accept their “offer” of a new girlfriend, a 4 feet

whenever it is local and not 2,000 miles away.
I am convinced it was to string me into a murder plot “it is our money…
you were told to shut up and stay out of our way… he won’t leave… he does not
want our money…” Ann did not try to get
me a job in drugs or a life of crime; we had a plan together. She was also trying to surprise me and was
very excited, way too excited to meet in the 1990s and finally 2008.
In summary, no more “loans,”
landlord drug war recruiter or draft, and $15 billion for slander, already
recorded and 100% during impeachment.
Ann was told to settle and shutdown, do not cooperate with the
FBI-Police who will wreck her entire life just to get away or put another wedge

resolve this matter nor cope with it.

Another thing they used to
emphasize was office jobs and working with your hands. They made sure I was so frustrated and fed up
with all office jobs, meanwhile, they tried to impose some faith or teaching
how males could not get anywhere in life unless they knew how to earn a living
and work with their hands. This is
something I surprised them with in my value of price tag; however, they made
sure that I ran into as many obstacles and as many life problems as possible
until I bonded or learned to earn a living with my hands. This began this idiotic phase of life where

lower class; and they wanted me to feel their joy or be in the same boat; some
kinship or friendship. They claimed it
was good luck. Also, they would compare
my family to other immigrants their faith sponsored, many worked with their
hands and had heir own business by the time I was out of high school. They never asked me what my goals were or
plans, it seemed like I always made wrong choices and life decisions. One of those was the inability to get a job
with my education and frustrating me each time I had a high tech job. It was enforced or imposed on me the only way
was working with my hands and not my brains or academic talents. Their IQ was horrendous but I can see how
they pride themselves with creating or even the skills to restore classic
masterpieces; which is my skill level sitting around and waiting for them to
pay up after getting caught. You will
see how my life is inundated with legal problems and this wall I crashed into,
mostly surrounding my vehicle. The
vehicle ends up triggering events and crashing everything; also draining my
bank account. There was vandalism too in
the 1990s. So their faith, which they
claimed I was good luck, centered on neutralizing my academics and plans with
Ann; meanwhile, making sure I could not earn a living unless it was with my
hands. They began sending me these funky

same. The only problem is their life
plans for me condemned me to poverty; what their females and family were

anybody welcome me home or tell me I got a job and was dirt poor on

life and what my price tag was; to me the façade was just ridiculous and they kept
on making me feel unattached, nomadic, or even ungrounded. I could not tell if it was a mafia welcome or
some labor or blue collar mentality being imposed on me. These people are desperate and they resort to

how they viewed me as good luck, it soon turned into bad luck and trying to run
me off the property constantly. The good
luck was now anger. They would blame me
for everything from lightning strikes to car accidents, “we saw him do it and
he is very bad luck now… throw him out and tell him to go away, he is not our

As stated, I was a commander
during the Persian Gulf War and was doing research for a new road map and Pentagon
mission. There are still 10-20 parts of
the Persian Gulf War not released due to “collapse” or bungled strategy. It was expected to be at least 22-60 days
long and was completed in less than one week.
One of the major problems was chemical weapons and the delivery of any
future chemical weapons encountered.
This was a homemade VX or BX model but it did have a lethality of
military grade nerve agents with high levels of persistence common to nerve
agents (approximately 14 days). It did
not show up again, I do not expect it to re-emerge. The drug wars are also classified as chemical
weapon and used towards either espionage or to foment chaos and destabilization
strategies. It is an extension of
political warfare and has been confirmed as one factor of immigration and
welfare for at least one major crime church organization. If we have clandestine warfare on US
soil, I expect it to show up on the Ho Chi Minh Trail I had spotted or was
watching clandestinely; I am an area topic expert and what they call “a real
Wizard.” At this point, it would be very
difficult to brainwash this many people even if any party involved did have the
advantage of chemical strategies or permanent revolution imposed and in place. The pressure involved makes the brainwashing
strategy almost impossible and embarrassing if it is being used as a political
strategy and Trojan horse. The
propaganda was rendered obsolete or useless but it has not been removed or

The International “Ho Chi Minh
Trail”: After the Persian Gulf War, I
traced the chemical weapons I encountered in Iraq to a smuggling-drug network
for blackmarket, drugs, and criminal activity.
It is based in South
Africa and I was contacted by Nelson Mandela
about this “weapons of mass destruction” Ho Chi Minh Trail. It also traces to the FBI-Police in America ;
who is on duty presently. I was
recruited very early on because I was getting calls internationally from
people; however, I am too focused to worry about “other missions.” With global trade dominant in Asia and
Europe, I believe the new Ho Chi Mine Trail is now a link from Asia to Europe
and America ;
via NYC and the mafia. This is how they
got caught in 2008 by Ann and I and now why the FBI-Police on duty is using
either Ann (and now me to coverup); a demand for ransom and closure. I noticed the Mossad was also monitoring this
Ho Chi Mine trail and assassinated the man who sold Saddam Hussein a weapon for
the chemical weapons, a concept called “the supergun.” Therefore, the FBI-police were unaware of
this but the Israelis were monitoring the Ho Chi Mine Trail.
Ho Chi Minh Trail: Since the new guards and the destruction of
the old Ho Chi Minh trail, the dirty bomb and other weapons of mass destruction
is what was recorded during impeachment in 2019; a sting but also a bust for a
weapon of mass destruction turned over to the Pentagon. In the case of John Bull, the designer of the
supergun, I was familiar with both the Ho Chi Minh Trail and all US
military operations to shut it down during the Vietnam War, a expert
General. There is a link to the Israelis
and we see this in the impeachment phase in 2019. We also see a link to drugs, the supergun,
and dirty bombs or any form of illegal military sales. It is also managed by the FBI-police on duty;
who tried to use Ann or myself and now are trying to abandon the Ho Chi Minh
Trail and escape this trap and sting.
They got busted and they said everybody is lying, this is only a
show trial for them, and enough is
enough (everybody is crying and sick of this guy; his chick is a co-conspirator
and aiding him also, proven 100%). So
Ann is deemed a traitor because she refused to have sex with them, refuses to
help, they are all crying, and Fox News had nothing to do with this Ho Chi Minh
Trail the NYC is managing or using for another illegal military sale, or the
impeachment of 2019. We know had that
sale gone through, it was a mafia hit and who would get the contract; the
Israelis.
Saddam-Iran-Saudi Arabia: similar to Iran
and fundamentalism, once a rivalry is created with either Iran or Saudi Arabia ; a sanction will
reduce the global sale of oil and the sanction will devastate the market. Therefore, Saddam wanted to shut off all the
oil from Saudi Arabia and Iran
and this is why Al Qaeda began to hunt down “old enemies.” That sanction will be the “slush fund” for a
showdown in the Middle East . If they can make $5 a gallon for gas, they
win the profit wars and both Saudi Arabia
and Iran
will be at war or civil war. Therefore,
they are guilty and have been caught by a sting and the final conclusion is a
Ho Chi Minh Trail that existed prior to the Persian Gulf War. I was the General in training then and I have
busted them finally. I have studied the
Ho Chi Minh Trail since I was ten years old; a world class expert on this
“underground river.” The drug trade is
fueling tremendous profits internationally and expanding this underground
river. I did link Nelson Mandela to this
and I did get a contact from him prior to the Persian Gulf War; it led to the
FBI-Police on duty office and NYC; a call trace.
Note: Rush Limbaugh said during the impeachment,
“everybody is lying… madhouse… all three legs of the triangle are broken… show
trial…” If you go back and read the
transcripts, it is identical to the FBI-Police on duty; “if you vote for Trump,
you will be evicted… they are hitmen…”
Now it is about $15 billion in slander, $30 billion in slander, or $45
billion in slander; should we ask Rush Limbaugh if everybody is lying now? The FBI-Police on duty pleaded guilty to the
911 charges already and was forced to sign a waiver form for prisoner release
to National Security Defense Forces loyal to the Pentagon and my SATWAR
program. This is 100% detailed and
accurate. Put an end to this game
immediately, it is being recorded and a demand for $15 billion, $30 billion,
and $45 billion is on the record now.
What exactly is “Operation
Chaos”? Operation Chaos is a blueprint
into the other side of SATWAR. As the
earth matured, the Roman Empire needed a way
to sustain itself and keep its occupants “happy” and well fed. Therefore, Operation Chaos is a strategy to
achieve “permanent democracy” or the “inevitable self determination.” When the Soviet Union
collapsed, Operation Chaos kicked into view, it also did so in the 1960s. Chaos therefore is the underworld or the
“underground river.” Chaos is when “each
man is each other man’s potential murderer” and a form of internecine warfare
at the local levels only; a turf war. We
can cut out of the equation any military aid or might simply because criminals
do not steal from other criminals; rivals do.
In America ,
Operation Chaos is the highway of the “Road Warriors.” These rogue warriors live like animals and
kill like animals; but for only for the profit and the loyalty. If the Soviet Union
were to slowly dull down, Operation Chaos will whither into Operation Chaos,
only for the profit but not the loyalties.
All drug wars follow these exact same blueprints. So do race wars and so do the police? The police are the warden and the job of the
warden is to negotiate or strike a deal between two or more alliances; a treaty
maker so to speak. In America , the politicians are the
diplomats and the policy makers; not the police. Therefore, when you measure the power of any
nation or the control that nation has over either communism or the latter,
socialism, you must measure the power the police have to negotiate or draft
treaties at the local levels. It is the
local levels that count more when you are in a full scale secret war.
I began my career in 1998. Ann came to the DC-VA area as planned. She got there earlier than expected; I was in
my last two years in 1995. Things got
crazy in 1998-2001. Someone was trying
to recruit me and a game began. Most of
the participants were females, similar to a dating game once you start your
career. I wanted to block the men
because of the fist fights, hostility, and run-ins with teen sex, etc. The craziness did not stop when I isolated
with females only. I asked Ann to
contact those doing this if she knew who they were or what they wanted. At the same time, I was planning and preparing
to meet Ann, a dual universe intersection.
Instead of us meeting, someone sealed my entire life and case with
“mental illness” and threats against them.
It felt like I had been recruited by the world of drugs and was chosen
for the underworld. These early mistakes
add ten to twenty years on our life; both Ann and I loose twenty years to
mental illness and sealing this recruitment coverup.
Years pass and Ann finally
contacted them or she threw out enough bait for them to swarm on her. She “state hops” to taint the cops on her; it
is the church of the dumpster humans.
They are very powerful and have been crushing police cases against them,
mostly for gay child molesters and sexual crimes. It is nearly impossible to take them down, at
least another 30 year endeavor. When I
wrote my books, I only introduced the topic.
I did not prepare for combat or an actual secret war, only teaching or
teaching the course. Now I am stuck in a
secret war. The damage done early was so
severe; I had to choose relocation and a fresh start. One reason is the intersection with Ann,
there was none anymore and she did come to DC-VA in 2005-2006 a second time for
a rendezvous. It was another miss. I save enough money to relocate. Now things are all Ann, totally crazy; they
are on top of her and she is state hopping.
I taught her that early on. It is
a way to determine how strong they are and what state is infected.
When Ann and I intersect in 2008,
I had not planned it on the internet; Ann did.
I had AOL early on from 1995-2001.
I got arrested and hurt badly in a bar fight. I wrote the Pentagon to “get my weapons” and
how the damage was so severe I have to try to stop this or them. They blamed me. So the mental illness and the threats were
sealed early in 2002. It won’t be until
2005 that I see Ann again. This is
chipping at our clock more and getting messier.
Already we wasted ten years. My
first attempt at marriage ended in 1989 and this pushed my college back from
1992 to 1998; I lost six years. I
planned on making this time up via the military and enlistment. It was okay and I was retired and headed to
the Pentagon for computer training.
From 2008 to 2020, my theory is
Ann tangled them so much and messed up both this dumpster church and their
dumpster police; they had to compromise.
That compromise was to use me against Ann and Ann against me. Already facing slander and false arrest; they
had to tread lightly. I suspect they
recruited Lisa D early in order to assess what they were dealing with and how
to seal it again. What they saw was Ann
and I arguing about dating, dinners, and photos. Ann told me they are not dates and she does
not like these men; it was done for deception, they were attacking her
viciously (cornered her and she state hopped), and she did them in self
defense. I was upset but when Ann walked
me through it; I was convinced they were lying and she was telling the
truth. I saw them attack Ann and they
played it off as friends and staff. You
could not tell and they would do it right on TV and radio. I did not approve of the dating and Ann for
the most part, stopped. Until she
“bought me a house in California .” Ann said she wanted to give me something for
good work and was buying a home in California
for me because I had relatives there. California turns out to
be the worst mistake in her life and destroys us. The events in CA reduce Ann and I to nothing;
a four year gap from 2014-2019 we barely even talked. I had reached out to CA and asked them to
help Ann, she had suffered head injuries and acted too crazy. I did not expect them to crush us and mess
our world up completely. That is what
happened. The FBI-Police at this time
must have struck a deal with Lisa D and they deliver Trump eventually. However, it did not end there. They know my paygrade and life far surpasses
their shenanigans. They will be blamed
for the largest raid of the dumpster church and a century of corruption has now
blinded them with communism, terrorism, and all kinds of evil in America .

The question with “permanent
revolution” is simple but still very different from our classical understanding
of democracy. How do you set up a system
where your votes don’t even count because the process of displacing humans from
the land is embodied in the 1960s revolution?
When we look at the period from 1960-1980, we see the critical junction
as an “undoing” of the entire 1960s; permanent revolution. If the ways now are teaching them the means;
then in strategic regions, the classical model of Mao, by force; and then by
Marx bourgeoisie; and lastly Trotsky, by peace; does not work anymore. The means of permanent revolution, the 1980s;
was not capable or competitive enough to quantify the moral indifference
between the two polarities. Thus, the TV
may show a new “Vietnam War” but the message did not stick. If your votes do not even count, then now the
post-1960s period was not increasing in speed, how not to win if your votes do
count. We see the answer not too far in
the distant future and it is utter insanity.
Whose vote did not count in the 1960s and whose vote still did not count
in the 1980s? How do you restore the
power lost or the votes lost when there was never any power or votes to begin
with? Is the answer the human billboard?
The more these people get
displaced by their environment and the more detached they become from their
politics (1980s), the more aggressive and hostile they will become. This is the basis of these terror plots. The 1960s altered the entire world but the
1980s displaced their revolution and liberation theory and turned them into
hostile terrorists and sadistic kidnappers.
This kind of power or “loss of self” was most emphasized by the prison
population and the impact on human development.
We see this kind of hostility typically with farmers when their land is
threatened; however, we are in a permanent attack dog existence until this is
finally over. There is no real
solution.

- Affirmative action was not created for “high tech workers.”
- The Internet was not created for “superior gays and sex industry workers.”
- I was not created “because I care about them or their needs, a charity.”
Note: I did take a high level class on “Soviet
Foreign Policy” in college and I wrote a thesis on propaganda. I state the highest form of propaganda known
to mankind is “the human billboard.” I
did not write any of these “discoveries” or help write any of the violent
propaganda. Somebody is calling me
“violent and mentally ill.”
When we are dealing with this
type of violent propaganda, we must understand the goal of the material is to
invoke our moral sense of duty and inflict moral principle. Death and destruction to any human being is a
fearful and gruesome sight similar to a very scary horror movie. Therefore, all humans have some sense of
kindness and moral duty to stop violence all over the world. Therefore, when I say we are dealing with a
communist or a communist person; I am saying this type of propaganda is succinct
with their beliefs or lack of moral understanding, warped, and thus is designed
to target the average person’s understanding of moral or noble duties. As with any religion, at the center of all
mankind is the feeling of truth and the truth can also reveal a real sense of
violence on others; both lies and truth are hurtful. Victims of truth and lies share a universal
rule, they need relief and they need human affection. This form of propaganda is very dangerous
because the human toll is solely dependent on many aspects of how and why the
propaganda does not work anymore and if continuation or escalation will
increase the chances that the propaganda will be effective. In other words, a killing spree or a human
toll defines for us the frequency of application. In the case of brainwashing, some people are
so clear minded and strategically focused; no form of propaganda will ever work
but the fatigue factor is devastating on both the human body and the mind. Therefore, no person is fully communist and
if they are, there is a chance they can be “deprogrammed” to think more clearly
and value the judgment of the truth. In
the case of this form of propaganda, it has been used before and is in the
hands of both a master and a sadistic killer among us. It is disgusting if not repulsive moral
judgment. Once you have a powder keg and
someone lights that fuse; all hell will break out and there is no real way to
put that genie back into the bottle; if not everlasting. That form of propaganda is called “permanent
revolution.”
