Towards the beginning of the 20th

a new life. A new capitalistic system is
giving birth to new and emerging markets; until the beginning of the 1960s and

Union and the communist forces are facing unprecedented problems
financially. The total aggregate total
of the loss is unexplainable but it is linked by the European system of
finance. In other places of the world

states, recession means boom. One such

and radio; now the information age was decimating the traditional media and

but all over the world; even in the communist countries who were losing decades
of growth and high tech industry yearly.
The centerpiece of our analysis
is focused on the history of warfare and the United States . Again, it was the “alternative world” to
European dominance and rises to dwarf the same European dominance in the 20th
century, most profoundly in the field of warfare. Whether the sands of time blew in like the
Ides of March, US
military history is predominantly the focal point of Asian economies and the
rise of high tech industry. More high
tech goods come out of Asia then any
other. Similarly, long standing US military history in Asia
comes to an end in the 1960s. That
history gives birth to a new form of warfare, electronic and information
warfare. Therefore, we can trace the
history of warfare to a period in the 1960s where transformation in the world
changes the way we fight wars and also strategic alliances. The same European rivalry begin to subvert
the political landscape in America
and it opens a door to the freezing demise of the 1980s, decadence culturally
and the collapse of the modern city.
That begins the beginning of the end; and a new evil door is opened in
the history of the United
States , the events that followed the Persian
Gulf War in 1992.
The 1960s is a period of radical
change and radicalism. It is a
convergence point between world financial history and European religious
history. The 1960s was a time period
where Soviet and American propaganda stood still. It stood still every single night because the
TV and radio was now on guard reporting global events around the globe. The 1960s therefore becomes the convergence
point of centuries of world history and the entire history of civil war on
earth; most especially the civil war in America . If there was a history of European conflict
and competition in the economic stability of the world; it was now focused not

still but now had to compete for the consumers and markets around the
world. We don’t know what it does to the
world of civil war or the “warring class” but we know they want to find out and
re-evaluate the world they are living in.
There are two enemies on US soil subverting
the entire history of the world. What
they seek is to manage all financial transactions and corruption in the world
because radicalism and left wing communism, are the quickest way to defeat
waiting in line or waiting for history. If
there was ever an invention to lie, cheat, or steal global power; then
communism was that vehicle. If there was
ever any invention to lie, cheat, or steal in the police or criminal world;
then corruption was that vehicle. The
violence was only a means to the goal. We
have the convergence of the entire history of crime and corruption on earth
converged into a period of US
history called the 1960s. Communism was
the military way of hitting a reset or restart button on global power. However, when you control and are able to subvert
all financial transactions; you can dominate the world of corruption by
managing it. Managing power through the
use of corruption has never been achieved globally but we cannot say there

has achieved what no European war on earth or in Asia
could ever achieve world domination and the ability to choose winners and
losers. There are no borders.

Analysis of the Pentagon Papers by Daniel Ellsberg, 1972:
The Pentagon Papers prove the
author of them had very little global wisdom and foresight. The criticism with the Pentagon’s involvement
in Vietnam
stemmed from history and not future planning.
Therefore, under the guise of Eisenhower, the World War II Generals, and
the wisdom at the Pentagon; the United
States carved a path that will not be
understood until many decades after the Vietnam War. For starters, any military intervention in
colonial wars will topple a waterfall of Asian countries once the Europeans try
to dominate the world of global trade.
If the United States
were to choose anti-colonialism they will have a better chance at defeating
communism in Asia . Nothing on the world stage is better than the
real deal and the sacred ground of the truth; real power is the truth. Therefore, the involvement in Vietnam or the lack of intervention with Indochina ; is not going to change the outcome but can
have a dramatic effect on disinformation and propaganda when the Pentagon
Papers are published in 1972. You don’t
stop communism by supporting colonialism and you do not subjugate people or the
truth in order to acquire long standing power on the flourishing global scales.
The purpose of the Pentagon
Papers was to compare anti-communism and anti-colonialism. Anti-communism has led to the growth of the
high tech industries in Asia and the second
largest market in the world. There is no
evidence to suggest anti-colonialism can reproduce the same result
anti-communism has or did in 1950, 1960, or 1980. In 2020, the nations of Indonesia and the Philippines
remain the focal point for anti-colonialism in North Africa and in the United States ; however, these are Catholic and
Muslim countries whereby the entirety of Asia
has their own ancient religions. There
is no direct correlation between anti-colonialism, religion in Asia , and anti-communism.
There is no other evidence to suggest anti-communism in the entire Asian
region was the fault of France
or any other European colonial power due to World War 2 and the decimation of
their colonial militaries. It was America
who came to their aid and turned the tide for Allied victory.
One of the major fallacies of the
Pentagon Papers is the financial and military assistance outlined prior to the
1954 transition from Indochina to North and South Vietnam . There is no evidence to suggest a decision
was made between anti-colonialism and anti-communism because if this decision
was made, it meant the funds were placed into the bank of Indochina and not the
North or South Vietnamese government.
This said, France was
never a “proxy” prior to or after the 1954 date simply because the United States does not fund colonial overloads
when aid, whether by the United
States (Unicef, Red Cross, Agency for
International Development, United Nations, International Monetary Fund, etc.),
does not go to the recipient and has to be dispersed via a clandestine
international financial network. For
starters, the exchange rates differ and interest is applied based on the
dispersal. Even if there is food aid,
the food aid is either given to national or international relief agencies who
disperse the aid directly to those who need it the most. During this time period from 1947-1952, the
Marshall Plan in Europe was in effect and aid to France is occurring; however, the
aid is not linked to the civil war with the Vietminh forces or anti-communist
forces.
One factor the Pentagon Papers
neglected to mention was the impact of the French Revolution and the Napoleonic
Wars on Europe . The Napoleonic Wars severely cripple the
European armies to repel both Nazism and communism at the height of the 20th
Century. The French Revolution also
severely crippled European aristocracy making it impossible to take a strong
stance on both anti-communism and anti-colonialism. That deficiency is what
Soviet Foreign Policy exploits when it uses propaganda to target European
history or the history of liberal thinking in Europe . Therefore, the intellectual capital of the
Pentagon Papers does not do justice to the policy of containment if there was
any link between anti-colonialism and anti-communism. What it does instead is a force person to
digest information that is very skewed or inaccurate.
Daniel Ellsberg presents a
hypothesis scenario that eventually led to the withdrawal of American forces
and the collapse of the South Vietnamese government. As a primer to the 1972 Paris Accords, he
states the United States
made a fatal miscalculation by neglecting Post World War 2 reconstruction
payments to France
as a strategy to defeat the “Great Satan” or nationalism. He also cites Algeria
as part of this “contamination process” where the United States is guilty of choosing
anti-communism instead of anti-colonialism.
Therefore, there is no evidence to suggest a superior strategy to fund
the French as a means to defeat Ho Chi Minh and the Vietminh forces by using a
French puppet government consisting of South Vietnamese forces led by all the
French and Vietminh forces in South
Vietnam .
Had the United States
used France as a proxy, her
decimated military would have faced both South Vietnamese coups (Diem forces)
and both North Vietnamese regular troops (NVA) and Viet Cong forces in both
North and South Vietnam . Therefore, the military might of the United States
was not on par with the might of the decimated French forces after World War
II. There is no evidence to suggest France has a superior military than the United States and the Pentagon strategy for the Southeast Asia or regional strategy.
If there is any evidence to
correlate the spread of communism and the lack of support for colonialism or
imperialism; then it must be presented with Indonesia
or the Philippines . In both instances, we see gigantic economic
growth in all of the Asia Pacific Rim but stunted or a lack of enthusiasm in
colonial nations, even any traces to Algeria
and North Africa where terrorism becomes a
form of anti-colonialism. We do see
terrorism in the Philippines
but not Indonesia-Algeria. Furthermore,
there is no link to Algeria
or North Africa ; two separated regions of the
world and different military theaters.
Therefore, his military understanding and military evidence is amateur
level, not insider material or understanding.
The Middle East and North Africa Theater center on Iraq and the Persian Gulf War (1992); there is
no link or subjugation of Algeria
or France . Therefore, the United States did not stunt
the growth of the entire Asian Theater by supporting the South Vietnamese
forces nor remaining neutral to the Vietminh and imposing democratic elections
in both North and South Vietnam. It is
aggression from North Vietnam
that triggers US involvement and ground troops; not the lack of French forces
in South Vietnam or any lack
of aid in the Post World War 2 period in Europe .
There are inaccuracies and
miscalculations in the Pentagon Papers written in 1972. They include the following:
- The focal point or where the Vietnam War was being
ran (Embassy in Saigon) and why the Viet Cong attack the
- The organizational level of the South Vietnamese
government in Saigon and how the war was prosecuted from
- Conversion from World War II aid to the allies, including France, to direct military aid given to the French Colonial power fighting the Vietminh from 1947-1954.
- The Marshall Plan spent 16.5 billion dollars in four
years and distributed mostly food products to 16 European countries. It was passed by Congress in 1948 and
lasted until 1952. There was no
funding for military aid but there was fear communism would exploit the
political conditions during this reconstruction period. Subsequent to the Marshall Plan, the
communist forces overpower
- The impact of World War II on global Catholicism and
the impact of the Vietnam War on Catholicism, the colonial power in
- Military weapons used by Vietminh forces and French forces do not support the conclusions in the Pentagon Papers.
- Direct military involvement by either the Vietminh (nationalist forces) and the European or Asian campaign in the Pacific; only two Asian ethnic groups, Hawaiian and Pilipino. No other Asian group had combat roles during World War II.
- The events that led to the Vietnam War are
discombobulated and unorganized, there are the clandestine aspects which
the National Security act of 1947 created and thus led to the Korean
conflict. The Korean War was an
offshoot of the Pacific campaign against the Japanese and historic
wars.
- There is no analysis of the clandestine wars taking
place globally or in the Indochina region after World War II; not by
- The South Vietnamese government or the ARVN forces initiated the aid and the involvement of the Americans in the late 1950s when communist forces began to build up and were circumventing the Geneva Accords establishing the 38th parallel. That delegation did not include any former colonial power or nationalist power.
Therefore, the United States involvement in Indochina
was not direct or indirect, it stemmed from forming a colonial overload
following World War II and the reconstruction period was under the Supreme
Commander in the Pacific, General Douglas Macarthur. Macarthur was familiar with the threat of
communism but the immediacy was the weakening of Japan and the open door policy that
existed once the communist forces were unchallenged in the region. In Europe, the allies are fighting alongside
with the European communists to prevent further Nazi expansion and worsening of
the holocaust into Europe and the Americas . Henceforth, the state of Israel was created in order to cope
with the Post-World War II period and reconstruction. This is where the similarities and
differences between Israel
and the United Nations begin to worsen or attain momentum. However, there was no direct aid to the state
of Israel or any underground
forces in the Middle East prior to the formation of the state of Israel . There was no direct or indirect aid to any
regional adversary of Israel
either; it was a spillover from the European reconstruction period.
Following the peace accords and
surrender of all Axis powers, aid was given for reconstruction and not stemming
the tide of communist expansion. The
Pentagon Papers have a few inconsistencies in US Foreign Policy and these
clandestine wars in the Post World War II reconstruction period. The threat of communism was linked and
directly correlated to the decimation of both European and Asian forces; then a
secondary threat arose as the regional powers acted against the allies and
began to swallow up smaller pieces of demolished Europe; East Germany,
Czechoslovakia, Hungary, etc. Similarly,
a secondary war erupted in Vietnam
and Korea .
The final analysis concludes no
aid to either Korea or Vietnam
during World War II. No forces from Vietnam or Korea
ever were used in Europe or by any European
colonial power. The Vichy
government, the colonial power in Indochina ,
was under German occupation. After World
War II, the French forces and their colonial power were decimated and the war
for independence in 1954 was decisive due to both logistics and manpower. France
made a very critical miscalculation and paid heavily for this mistake because
it now opens the door for the communist forces to storm past the Geneva Accords
in 1954 forming North and South
Vietnam .
Desperate to curb the invasion of South
Vietnam , the South Vietnamese send a delegation of ARVN
forces to America which
begins the era of US
involvement in the Vietnam War.
Hence, there was no direct ground
force in the late 1950s to early 1960s, only financial and military aid along
with MACV forces predominately. Those
MACV forces begin the era of Special Forces and this new form of Warfare Mao
Tse-Dung called “Guerilla Warfare.”
Guerilla Warfare, “like water flows to every crack…,” will be the basis
of SATWAR and the next level after conventional warfare. Most if not all of SATWAR stem from the
developments after the Vietnam War and the concentration of high tech and
electronic goods manufactured in the Asia Pacific rim.
There is a major power shift in
the Asian theater during the 1980s but the tide of this power shift does appear
on the radar during the 1970s and most especially in the Post Vietnam War
period of US
reconstruction. This reconstruction
period is the origin and birthplace of SATWAR and the next military campaign,
The Persian Gulf War. To cope with the
paralysis of Soviet Foreign Policy and US Foreign Policy; a mirror image is
created in both the Middle East and Afghanistan. This mirror image is the basis of the 911
terror plot and the stem of Soviet Foreign Policy globally. The global shift of power tipped the scales
in the 1970s and thus forced rogue forces in America to begin nationalistic
propaganda and “reversing” what the Vietnam War or the TV War intended. In other words, it scared the hell out of
people globally and the Soviets pick up on this fear and recreate it in the
Middle East and in Afghanistan . China
and North Korea also try to
create this fear in Africa but it fractures
into a myriad of regional conflicts. One
example is the war in Angola
(African Vietnam War), Rhodesia
(apartheid and colonial power), and South Africa (The Civil Rights
Movement globally). These regional
Soviet based propaganda is a culmination of socialist and communist forces
merging into one powerful monopoly.
Following the global success of
countries such as Japan and Korea , China has broken away from their
colonial masters and have developed their own set of electronics, military, and
regional trade. China has taken a neutral stance similar to Vietnam , they aid and support the communist
forces in Korea but they
also pave new and competitive markets in Asia . Soviet propaganda has not indicated if South
America or Africa will be the next epicenter of World military struggle;
however, the collapse of communism has driven out most if not all of the
colonial remnants of communism in both Africa and South
America . Only one region
remains, The Middle East.
In the Middle
East , we see the convergence and the merging of socialist and
communist forces into one giant military and regional power. It takes place with the Baath Party and it
fractures into the regional wars with ISIS and
subcategories of this monopoly. Similar
to World War II; the reconstruction period will indicate a “decimation” of
military and economic might; producing further challenges for the region and
their trade partners.
In summary, the Pentagon Papers
attempts to isolate and contain the Vietnam War as detached or incongruent to
World War II, colonial powers in the region.
Europe following World War II is
incapable of presiding or receding to any nominal role for any colonial power
in the region. Insofar as US Foreign
Policy, there is no form of colonial rule in either Hawaii
or the Philippines ;
two direct descendants of World War II.
There is no colonial power in Asia however there is a few who still have
ties with their former colonial government; an example would be Hong Kong and Singapore ,
two giant economic masters in the region.
Singapore purchases
military arms globally and Hong Kong is now
governed by the new Chinese military structure.
With hindsight, we will see the
propaganda and the true meaning of the Vietnam War was delivered to every
single household around the world and this causes the Soviet empire to
duplicate or mimic the message. We see a
breakout of identical regional “Vietnam Wars” in Africa, The Middle East, and Afghanistan ;
then the ultimate decline of the Soviet power where their dominance originated,
military superiority. Since the 1980s,
communism has been in a state of flux unsure if they were totally wrong, unsure
if they were kinda-sorta wrong and unsure if they had been defeated. Instead, we see the emergence of small scale
conflicts that look and sound like the past but just do not have any semblance
of our future. Our future and the next
level of warfare after the Vietnam War and guerilla war is called satellite war
or SATWAR.
