SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICAID REFORM: The first on the chopping block is cost of living and transportation. It makes no sense for people who live on a fixed budget to live on secluded beaches or where medical coverage cost twice to three times the cost of living. In areas where the government is billed per day based on the operation of the community hospital; the cost of Medicaid triples. So each services now has a charter system; a high speed rail at a fraction of the cost to seek the least expensive service within a 24 hour travel period. All other emergencies will be local and upon approval by administrators. This will cut Medicaid by 50% in the first 10 years and reduce the overall strain on the deficit by at least 80%; which social security has already failed to produce. The first cost of living reduction is in the highest expenditure; Medicaid and social security. If you think you are going to win an election based on this form of reform and reduction; think twice and deeply; I will prove you wrong. The next reform is crime and upfront cost to states who encourage it.

2008 and 2009: I had warned not to pass the Stimulus Bill, The Bail Outs, Socialized Medicine, and to knock off the stupid games and attacks. New crime bill and private contingency plan: if private sponsorship is needed then let's go with the census numbers; each population area gets a subsidized amount to spend anyhow they want (equipment, uniforms, bonuses, innovation, technology upgrade, etc...) so that no area is biased based on race, politics, or crime. An example of this contingency plan is $25,000 per city based on each 3rd person above 18 years old. Now it pays to do the right thing and crime never pays or will. I have heard about several cases of inmates who are being pressured to pay for their jail time and incarceration. I think this is an excellent idea. A program has to be established where inmates have a line of credit; for their needs, housing, and rehabilitation. If they fail; the debt and loan is deducted from their estate or social security. They can have a zero interest loan and get a college education; so long as they pay back the loan at age 55 or 65 to society. If they do not; then they will be forced to pay their debts back to society. Therefore, they can decide if they wish to have cable, luxuries, or can pay it back. The part about guards, clothing, and food is not a liability; however, a low cost fee can be assessed for each year (12 month period). Those bills can be accumulated through an educational or prisoner loan; it is an easy, no pressure, and way to curb a lot of this. Most if not all of them will live for the moment and complain about overcrowding; so this is a major pressure valve and can be privatized. The city and municipalities pay for the basic needs; then the rest is optional and must be paid off by age 65.

As far as the military and these enlisted people; they continue to tell me to check into a psychiatric ward voluntarily; request medication voluntarily; and if I do not they will drive me crazy or pressure me.
