Dear Ann; it is fair to say you are a little to late and completely off key again. Do you remember in 2001 and 2002 when I kept saying where are you and how I felt you were lazy and completely off key? That feeling is returning and sometimes you can overstay your welcome. Either you get it right or stop trying; it is not helpful, not needed, and it sends the wrong signals. Whether or not you tried, had tried, or seem to cover over what is truly going on; the same things is true; I am in panic mode and you seem to show up too late and create so much controversy. Why is for you to answer; I did contact the Canadian Counselate and was going to live in Canada to get away from some of this. I suggest you do not make this another drinking buddy problem, another blast or too much fun, do not bring Floyd and your parasitic entourage, and do not make anymore bad press or bad blood. Enough is enough already and you seem to not have any sense to you; none whatsoever. It feels like a wife who is trying to be supportive or do whatever pleases her husband and it turns out the most annoying sensation and the most polluted feeling. If you are looking for a thank you or some medal; it is not coming. It is also fair to say that messing up is in your blood and a long history of doing things that you are not asked to do or supposed to do. As far as business; my Canada stay was only for 200 chapters and to finish the case; it makes no sense now unless I am on the witness protection service or start over. If I go to Canada, then it will be with new identities and credentials; to escape and get away from all of my past or history; not to relive this awful experience. It might be good that you escape and try something new; do it for yourself and understand that you have not cleaned up the blob and complaints; but then you are not complaining. This will not fix your life; but you are adopting some of my methods to fix mine; Canada is huge and has a lot of good hiding places. The people are passive and welcoming; not the same type in America. They adopt the British personality and is not plagued with the problems America is racked with. It is impossible for an American to track you in Canada unless it is in our inner circle and entourage; so if you make a mistake; you will be considered a security threat and a door opener. Do not address your moves or footsteps to them; thanks for the press coverage also. Hopefully, you will loose them and learn how I did. The Canadian government is aware of the situation; they know I will be in their future and need their help. This will help your situation and create a placebo; will the same events concur. The Canadians do not like communist and never had; so this is more on them.

The Canadian government know we are under attack and know you are. You will take them off balance and keep working nicely. This enemy is absent in all parts of Canada; I have checked it out and cleared it; they cannot follow you or call for support. My favorite places are Toronto, Nova Scotia, and Vancouver; do not cause more problems. I will be returning to Canada and will seek a dual citizenship; the Canadian Couselate is helping and has; I thank them and hope to see them in the future. It is big and easy to hide; so they know what to do or where to go. Remember, Canadians are passive and understand royalty; do not anger them or go overboard. What you do is for a lifetime; not to be erased at your convenience. However, I have made mistakes myself but learn very quickly and change easily. This is off key but will buy you time; a change. Whoever they are, it will be very difficult unless you bring them with you; I know and did this already. This was how I bought time in 2000 to 2002, it is good to run and hide; let your sanity return. I plan on buying property there when this is done with to get away and go fishing or hunting. This is the best fishing in North America; so this is good for your security and mine. I would like to see things quiet down and the tension to decrease; make all changes during this time. Again, I want the best for you but you frustrate and anger me at times with your tricks and stubborness. I want to win this with or without you.

Rules of Engagement: Suspicious already so get rid of the security and your entourage (yes Floyd also) or do not tell me your problems. No hand holding, embraces, or fondling. Drinking, lewd photo ops, and dinners are in violation of policies (even if you are not interested, never noticed, or was not complaining). You know what I like, am looking for, and need. Remember why they did this, for the Presidency and to exploit; cannot defeat the case against them. To prove slander you must show business loss or how it should have been, a placebo. Hopefully, the Canadians will fact check or avoid the need for it. They will claim we over-reacted or are merely paranoid. It is bad already; she needs to figure out why it gets worse and worse. Could it be prevented or was it preventable? Prove it. Will fact checking when it is too late change anything? Prove it. Is keeping your mouth shut worth 500 million and possible criminal charges? Prove it.

They will claim you injured them and are paranoid. Coffee faced Sean and the Irishman upstairs has claimed we are paranoid and making death threats at them. You will stick to your story about how you were never interested in them, you did not pay any attention to the unwelcomed invitations or sexual advances, and now it has all come to a blistering rebuke. Everybody has to face reality and you may be removed as my lawyer or may lose business; the most important in your entire life as chief counsel and more on my project. So paying you and disproving business loss was a deception and can be proven. Hannity is the primary suspect whom Ann hit the panick button on; reported even to her own security and ignored. Their employers were notified and the matter was ignored. They refuse to fact check but made one hell of an effort to defeat the case prior to trial; this put us in therapy or some medical services. None of them are suspicious, not the least bit or slightest. Review the video and see even more evidence pile up. After Ann and I caught them; they are no longer the bad guys; nobody is. Politics is toxic and destructive; but most of this was preventable. So they regret what they did, now they will be forced to pay for what they did. Ann said it best; why don't they consider not hiring complete lunatics or firing them? Let's ask Fox, the EIB, CPAC, the Republicans, or maybe these states, or these radio stations. Will they consider disciplinary actions for the death threats and murder plot?

On Friday, March 05, 2010 after 2pm, Rush says that he and his side is just waiting for us to come and get him. We must take the initiative and they refuse to shut down, fact check, or show any sign of stoppage or problems. In Virginia, we had a case in 1998 but no name or organization; no confession. Now we have a simple case of slander for 500 million on them. To prove slander we have to prove 1) business loss, damage, or emmotional distress (also medical problems) 2) Falsity or lack of fact checking, a deliberate effort to falsify. So he said he and they have the upper hand and we asked him if he ever considered we had insurance or something he was not aware. So far he provided no coherent legal explanation or story. He uses death threats only because he has no insurance. He claims he and his network of spies (mafia, labor unions, drug cartels, terrorist cells, communist spies, illegal immigrants, released convicts, hitmen, assasins, etc...) are waiting for us. We want him to resolve it peacefully and pay for the damages after being caught and he said prove we know who they are in New Jersey or have insurance. He claims the mafia is the most guarded of his cells and network of spies; but he says he wants America to be viewed as total convicts. Rush claims his terrorist networks is his insurance; we told him to be careful what he wishes for.

For our lawyers and preparation for this case: it only takes a charge of slander to initiate further charges. We have proven this and much more but the damages sought is 510 million unless they cap the damages now. There is percentage each year and also expenses or hardship added while this is developing. Their goal was to hire or employ us, steal top secret satellite material, create new products and industry, add more investors, control this field, use it for terrorism, hire us to run the program or hide it, and to create as much emmotional distress possible to facilitate a lower cost or forced employment. It led only to failed attempts and suffering, massive suffering; nothing changed and even after getting caught they were not discouraged and making death threats; even with our material and satellite described in a separate book. The runs the underworld and his investors are the financial payments for a communist spy network, criminal spies, terrorists, assasins, and listening posts consisting of powerful union leaders. They claim to be co-authors and the leaders of all this; going to be exonerated and have nothing to worry about; he will not crack under the pressure or put them in danger. We have and know all of their cards; we can just go after their employers right now and let them fight it out. We are "turtles" and terrorism is why; paranoid about them. His troops are making a last surge before capture; they know there is no way out; they claim they are ready for anything we throw at them and have equalized the opposition. They are fighting over unity as result. It is like a dog in a UFC ring who has no sense to them; tell the judge you submit with your honor. We hold them accountable for Ann. They still face federal charges as we turned it over to the proper authorities and thanked them for being patients. This is what they did to us and what we would like to be paid for.
